Statutory notification duties
- First 24 hoursUSOM / SOMECorporate Cyber Incident Response Teams (SOME) and critical infrastructure operators must report cyber incidents to the National Cyber Incident Response Center (USOM) without delay / immediately; depending on the criticality of the incident, the initial notification or early warning is made within the first 24 hours.
- 72 hoursKVKKFor a personal data breach, the Personal Data Protection Board must be notified as soon as possible and within 72 hours at the latest.
